Decision on Najib, Arul Kanda's 1MDB audit report tampering case on Jan 30

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 15 — The High Court here has fixed January 30 next year to decide whether former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and former 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) chief executive officer Arul Kanda Kandasamy will be acquitted or ordered to enter their defence on the audit tampering case.

1MDB audit report: Najib fails to remove Sri Ram from leading prosecution team

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 15 — Former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak today has failed in his attempt to remove former Federal Court judge Datuk Seri Gopal Sri Ram from leading the prosecution team in his on-going trial for alleged tampering of the 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) audit report.
